ClientVision CRM Candidate

Master information is the main profile of a candidate when it is registered. When you preview the candidate, CRM system shows candidate's master information and lists of netting records. Before you start create a new candidate, please take a look at the follwing available tabs for candidate that maintained in CRM.

Master information

Available fields

First name - first name of the candidate

Last name - last name of the candidate

Middle name - middle name of the candidate

Gender - Gender of the candidate

Title - Title of the candidate

Birth place - Birth place of the candidate

Birthday - Birthday of the candidate

Current location - Current location of the candidate

Marital status - The marital status of the candidate

Working years - How many years the candidate has been working

Seeking industry - The industries that candidate want to work for. Allow multiple options

Seeking location - The localtions that candidate want to work at. Allow multiple options

Seeking job - The jobs that candidate want to work. Allow multiple options

Assign to User - assign the candidate to a user. CRM handles candidate's profile for user specific operations regarding this field

Source - The source channel that candidate profile comes from.

Degree - Enter the degree of education of the candidate

Willing to travel - Does candidate want to have travel for work

Overseas experience - Check if candidate works oversea

Expected salary - The salary that candidate expected

Current industry - Enter the industry that the candidate work now

Current work location - Enter the location that the candidate work at now

Current company - Enter the company that the candidate work for now

Current department - Enter the department that the candidate work at now

Current job - Enter the job that the candidate work now

Current salary - Enter the salary that the candidate get pay from employer

Home contact - candidate's home contacts

   Address,City, State, Country, Post/Zip code, Email, Phone, Best calling time, Mobile, Fax

Office contact - candidate's office contacts

   Address,City, State, Country, Post/Zip code, Email, Phone, Best calling time, Mobile, Fax

Internet contact - candidate's internet contact (Instance Message)

   MSN, Skype, QQ, Google Talk, Other IM

Self Assessment - Enter candidate's self assessment

Available manipulations

Anytime you click candidate in the list, CRM shows you a master information preview screen with related tabs. You could see and do anything for the candidate in one screen.

In preview screen, you could

Edit candidate

When you open a preview screen of a candidate, you could click "Edit candidate" button to edit candidate's master information in a form.

Delete candidate

Click the "Delete candidate" button to delete the opened entry.

Create CV

Click the "Create CV" button to download the standard formatted CV document for the candidate. ClientVision CRM can provide a customized format regarding the company standard. The default download document is a word file. You could amend for your need.

Send mail

If you want to send email to candidate's contact, click this button. CRM will retrieve the candidate's email automatically and link the candidate for activity.

Add/Edit candidate

In edit screen, you could

Save or Save as new

candidate "Save" button to save the new entry or updates. If you'd like to save the current entry as a new entry, just click "Save as new" then it goes to a new one. Please note the yellow fields in the form, it is key field and need to fill in.

Validation for short name

When you place a new candidate entry, the short name field runs a duplicated checking immediately. If there is some exist candidate with the same name you just input, you will see an alarm beside the field.

Delete

Click the "Delete" button to delete the opened entry.

Switch language

Since candidateVision CRM supports multilanguage input, you could easily switch to different language for the same entry. Click the "Switch language" menu and choose the right language.

Please note that if you want to see the differnt language version for same entry, you should swith the language box on the right-side menu bar. Since CRM process entry data each time only one language, you should tell CRM what language to be processed.

Preview

After you create a new candidate entry or update it, you could faster preview the candidate by clicking this button.


Duplicated check

Sometime you may enter a new candidate that already exists in CRM system. CRM blocks save action and warn you.

Click this button to see the list of existing candidate in the system.
