CRM client module maintains your clients' profiles and manage all needs that from the client. Before you start create a new client, please take a look at the follwing available tabs for client that maintained in CRM.
Short name - short name for the client
Company - the full/legal name of the client
Fortune 500 - if the client is a firm of "Fortune 500", then check it
Executive search done - once serve the client for executive search, then check it
Consulting done - once serve the client for consultancy, then check it
Training done - once server the client for training, then check it
Product & Service - what kind of product or service that client provides
Date of first contact made - when you contact this client at the first time
HR strategy - The general human resource recruiting policy for the client
Website - website address for the client
status - the status of the client, this status has options what are predefined in CRM system
type - the type of the client, this type has options what are predefined in CRM system
Assign to User - assign the client to a user. CRM handles client's profile for user specific operations regarding this field
Assign to Group - assign the client to a group. CRM handles client's profile for group specific operations regarding this field
Recruitment characteristic - specify recruitment characters
Industry - the industry for the client. industry has options what are predefined in CRM system
Company size - how many people work in the company
Type structure - the industry for the client. industry has options what are predefined in CRM system
Market share - share percentage of the market of client. Can use slider to change share
Rank - rank the client from 1 to 5
Contact - contact information for client includes
Address,City, State, Country
Delivery contact - shipping delivery contact information for client includes
Address,City, State, Country
Corporate culture - information for client's corporate culture
Profile - description for client, like introduction, history, honors, etc.
Executive search profile - if client looks for some executive postion, the search profile could place here
Competitor - competitor of the client
Competitive recruitment firms - the firms that might have the recruitment needs in that same time to become a competitive party of client
Market strengths - the market strengths of the client
Main strengths - the main strengths of the client. For example, the client's specialty on technology, services or resources
Major threats - Any threats to the client could help you know more about the client's situation then provide better service
Main customers - the core customers of the client. Most of your clients strongly depend on their customers
Main suppliers - the suppliers of the client
Other information - any other usful information
Anytime you click client in the list, CRM shows you a master information preview screen with related tabs. You could see and do anything for the client in one screen.
In preview screen, you could
Edit client
When you open a preview screen of a client, you could click "Edit client" button to edit client's master information in a form.
Delete client
Click the "Delete client" button to delete the opened entry.
Send mail
If you want to send email to client's contact, click this button. CRM will retrieve the contact's email automatically and link the client for activity.
In edit screen, you could
Save or Save as new
Client "Save" button to save the new entry or updates. If you'd like to save the current entry as a new entry, just click "Save as new" then it goes to a new one. Please note the yellow fields in the form, it is key field and need to fill in.
Validation for short name
When you place a new client entry, the short name field runs a duplicated checking immediately. If there is some exist client with the same name you just input, you will see an alarm beside the field.
Delete
Click the "Delete" button to delete the opened entry.
Switch language
Since ClientVision CRM supports multilanguage input, you could easily switch to different language for the same entry. Click the "Switch language" menu and choose the right language.
Please note that if you want to see the differnt language version for same entry, you should swith the language box on the right-side menu bar. Since CRM process entry data each time only one language, you should tell CRM what language to be processed.
Preview
After you create a new client entry or update it, you could faster preview the client by clicking this button.
