ClientVision CRM Contact Edit View

To create or edit existing contract, you could use Contract Edit View

Available Fields

Client - Choose the client for this contact (MUST)

First name - Contact first name (MUST)

Last name - Contact last name (MUST)

Middle name - Contact middle name

Gender - From the drop-down list, choose male or female

Title - Some contact person has special title, like Doctor, Professor, etc.

Position - The position that the contact person take in the client company

Type - From the drop-down list, choose one option for this contact

Assign to User - Assign the contact to a user. CRM handles contact for user specific operations regarding this field

Assign to Group - Assign the contact to a group. CRM handles contact for group specific operations regarding this field

Birthday - Choose a date from the calendar for contact's birthday

Marital status - From the drop-down list, choose one option for contact marital status

Name go by - A nickname of this contact persion

Department - At what department that this contact persion works in the client company

Office contact - contact information for office

   Address, District, City, State, Country, Phone/Zip code, Email, 
   Phone, Best calling time
   Mobile, Best calling time
   Fax

Home contact - contact information for contact's home

   Address, District, City, State, Country, Post/Zip code, Email,
   Phone, Best calling time
   Mobile, Best calling time
   Fax

Internet contact - internet contact information

   MSN, Skype, QQ, Google Talk, Other IM

Backgroup - Any backgroup information for this contact person

Life style - If you got to know the contact person's habit, religon or other privacy, you could provide better customer service.

Available manipulations

Save or Save as new

Contact "Save" button is to save the new entry or updates. If you'd like to save the current entry as a new entry, just click "Save as new" then it goes to a new one. Please note the yellow fields in the form, it is key field and need to fill in.

Delete

Click the "Delete" button to delete the opened entry.

Generate contract

ClientVision allows you to generate a formal contract document by predefined template. You could customized the template with help by ClientVision developer.

Switch language

Since ClientVision CRM supports multilanguage input, you could easily switch to different language for the same entry. Click the "Switch language" menu and choose the right language.

Please note that if you want to see the differnt language version for same entry, you should swith the language box on the right-side menu bar. Since CRM process entry data each time only one language, you should tell CRM what language to be processed.
