Getting started

ClientVision CRM runs with ajax techology and some ajax framework. Befrore you start access ClientVision and use it, please check with the followings

System Pre-requisite

Make sure your system can connect the internet and meet the ClientVision system pre-requisite.

It had been tested to supports the following OS and web browser:

  • Linux

  • IE 5.0 or above
  • Firefox 2.0 or above
  • Safari 3+

Login & Logout

Enter the ClientVision URL in the address bar of your Web browser. Then type user ID and password.

Managing Your Password

When you are first granted access to the system, your administrator will provide you with a password. For security reasons, it is recommended that you change this password. Ensure that you choose a password that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. You can change your password at any time. For security reasons, it is recommended that you change your password periodically.

To change the password

  1. Log into ClientVision and click the My Account link that displays on the top of your screen.
  2. On the My Account screen, click Reset password.
    Then enter a new password in the Password box, and again in the Confirm Password box.
  3. Click Save password to change the password.

If you forget your password, contact your system administrator for a new password that you can use temporarily. You can then log into the system, and change the password to one of your choice according to the procedure described above.


Clean up Cache for Update

Web browser usually cache the internet content for faster access next time when open the same page. The might make issue if ClientVision version upgrade. Even you could logout web browser (close it completely) but strongly recommand clean up the local cache if ClientVision apply a version upgrade.

Please do the following on your web browser

   Internet Explorer: Click Tools > Internet Options > Cleanup history cache,
   Or	
   Firefox: Click Tools > Cleanup private data.
