Login

Anytime you could open CRM login page with the login URL

E.g http://demo.clientvision.cn

In login page you should type user name, password and choose prefer language. Usually the language optional follows your desktop language so you might not need to choose every time you login.

Forget the password

If you cannot rememeber your login password, you should click "forget password" and a hidden dialog appears to allow you type your user account to retrieve the password. Pleaes note that CRM sends a mail with the account information to your registered email in CRM. You should check after a while.

Logout

There are two way to logout CRM system,

manual logout - you could click the "Logout" link on the top right or just close the web broswer.

auto logout - if you do not use CRM for a period of time (depends on the session timeout setup), CRM system will log you out automatically without alarm. This is for security issue.

Please note that when system logout, any change on CRM doesn't save will lost.
